Terms of sale

1. Who we are

This store and the Vegas MC Minecraft server are run by Vegas MC (run by Mark Hawley), Horseshoe Crescent, Shoeburyness, Essex ("we", "us"). Contact us at store@vegasmc.co. We are responsible for the store, the server and everything you buy here, not Mojang or Microsoft.

Payments: checkout is provided by Tebex Limited, which sells the items to you as a reseller ("merchant of record"). Tebex's own checkout terms also apply to the payment, and your receipt comes from Tebex. We deliver the item in game and look after you if anything goes wrong.

2. What you're buying

• Items are digital content for use on our server only (for example outfits and other cosmetics). They have no value outside the server, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be used on other servers.
• Items are cosmetic. Nothing we sell gives a gameplay advantage over other players, and nothing we sell for money has a random result.
• Each item is a one-off payment. You keep it on your Minecraft account for as long as the server runs, on every world on the server.
• All prices are shown in pounds sterling on the store page before you join or pay, and include VAT where it applies.
• Items are delivered to the Minecraft: Java Edition player name entered at checkout. Please check it carefully; the checkout shows the player's head so you can confirm it.

3. Children

If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before buying. They should make the payment and use their own email address. If you think a child has paid without permission, contact us and we'll help.

4. Delivery and your right to cancel

We deliver straight away: the next time the player is online on the server (usually within seconds). Before you pay, we ask you to agree to immediate delivery and to confirm you understand that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the item has been delivered. We don't offer refunds for a change of mind after delivery. See Cancellations & refunds, which also explains what happens if something goes wrong. Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Tebex. We don't see or store card details. Your bank statement will show Tebex, and Tebex adds and collects any VAT due.

6. Refunds, chargebacks and removal of items

If a payment is refunded or reversed (for example a chargeback), the item is removed from the player's account. If a chargeback is later decided in our favour, the item is given back.

7. Server rules and changes

You must follow the server rules and the Minecraft End User License Agreement. We may change or improve items and worlds over time; if we ever have to withdraw an item you paid for in a way that takes away what you bought, we'll offer a fair replacement or refund. If the server closes permanently, we'll give at least 30 days' notice on this website.

8. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring claims in your local courts.
