Privacy notice
Last updated 4 October 2026.
The short version
- We only collect what we need to sell and deliver items: a Minecraft player name, an email address for the receipt, and the payment record.
- We don't ask for anyone's age, real name, address or phone number.
- We don't sell data, show adverts, or track you around the web. This site only sets a cookie when you sign in to see your orders.
- We, Vegas MC (run by Mark Hawley), are responsible for your data, not Mojang or Microsoft.
Who we are
Vegas MC (run by Mark Hawley), Horseshoe Crescent, Shoeburyness, Essex. Email: store@vegasmc.co. We are the "controller" of your personal data under UK data protection law (UK GDPR).

| Your agreement to immediate delivery | To show we followed consumer law | Legal obligation | 6 years |
| Sign-in cookie | Keeps you signed in to your order history | Strictly necessary | 14 days |
Who we share it with
- Tebex (Tebex Limited) runs the checkout as reseller ("merchant of record"): it receives your payment details, email, country and player name directly, and is responsible for that data under its own privacy policy. It tells us the player, item, amount and status of each payment.
- Vercel (website hosting), Neon (database) and Resend (sign-in emails) store or process data on our behalf.
- Mojang: we look up the player name you type to find the player ID, and show the player's skin head from a skin service (mc-heads.net). These lookups only send the player name or ID.
Some of these providers are in the USA. They use approved safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum).
Children
Many of our players are children. We design the store to collect as little as possible, we ask under-18s to get a parent or guardian to pay, and we never use children's data for marketing or profiling.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us. Some records (payments) must be kept for tax law. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
